Manage reward points

View customer's balance

  1. On the Admin sidebar, go to Customers → All Customers.
  2. Find the customer in the grid and click Edit in the Action column.
  3. Choose the Reward Points tab in the sidebar.
  4. View the table with the customer's points balance, the currency amount equivalent to the points balance, creation and update time of the balance.

View customer's reward points history

  1. On the Admin sidebar, go to Customers → All Customers.
  2. Find the customer in the grid and click Edit in the Action column.
  3. Choose the Reward Points tab in the sidebar.
  4. Expand History section.
  5. View the grid.

Update the reward points balance

Do the following to update the reward points balance manually:

  1. On the Admin sidebar, go to Customers → All Customers.
  2. Find the customer in the grid and click Edit in the Action column.
  3. Choose the Reward Points tab in the sidebar.
  4. Expand Update Balance section.
  5. Enter Amount of points.
  6. Choose Operation.
  • Choose Add to add points to the total points balance.
  • Choose Subtract to reduce the total points balance.
  1. Enter Reason, if needed. If set, the text will replace the default reason and will be visible to the customer.
  2. When complete, click Save Customer or Save and Continue Edit.

If the operation is Add and notifications are enabled, the customer will receive the email notification.

Storefront experience

To view reward balance and history, log in to your account and choose Reward Points History in the left panel.
